Filming with Goz

I headed down to the Home Park the other morning for some glorious sunshine and a bit of phys. It was great to be training with Martin Gosling (Goz) who’s working towards getting his PT qualifications. Goz is also one of the most committed rugby players I’ve ever known – watching him on the field is an education, as is observing his work-rate and self-motivation in off-field preparation, so it’s been great to train with him.

It was an opportunity for me to film Goz doing the exercises as part of the media we are putting together for his own portfolio. It was great fun trying to get shots from interesting angles and not just make another boring PT video on YouTube. I’m pretty happy with it so far!  For me it was another great chance to practice my film-making skills!

So, here it is!  I filmed, edited and produced it, using an iPhone 4 and iMovie, at the Home Park in Windsor.  Goz came up with the exercises – and I did them all too!
